Step Three: Auto-Pay Setup
- Locate the "Auto-Pay Setup" tab to choose your monthly payment options. This service allows rent to be paid on a scheduled date each month. Please remember that the final monthly amount with utilities, if applicable, may vary between billing cycles. Make sure to check the total before the rent is due.
- Option 2 allows the full monthly lease costs to be split amongst multiple roommates.
